Food Service

I’ve never worked in food service but I wonder how often it happens that someone orders a Coke, and you only have Pepsi so you say “Is Pepsi okay?” and the customer says “no thanks. I’ll have a glass of warm goat urine instead”. I get the sense that it should happen a lot more often than it does.
